wow. okay so it has been awhile since i wrote on here. so whats new? well let’s see now…..we have not seen my dad since he left. i havent talked to him since he left…i went to europe wiht joelle which was the most incredible trip EVER!! i absolutely adored it! we went to the netherlands and to germany and spent a day in france. good times! and we didnt argue even once!! so since i have been back it has been back to reality. i can’t say that i don’t have moments where the reality that my dad has abandoned me, us, doesn’t close in on me. i dont like dumping unhappy stuff on people, so that’ll be it for now!
anywyas, so for the past two weeks or so i have actually successfully been dating my new cute boyfriend brian koopman. hes a cutie so other cute girls BACK OFF!! hahaha. that is definitely a very happy part of my life. God took one man away and gave me a better one..different role but works for me!!!!!
oh, and im TOTALLY going to camp tamarak for my 3rd year this august. and im sooo excited, i can’t wait!! i think a bunch of days talking about God and stuff is exactly what i need. hurray! now if only my darling, beautiful friend JULIE WILPSTRA was going! then the week would be absolutely perfect!!! *ahem*

lets sum this up quick. my dad has left. we have not heard from him since tuesday. God is surely testing my family again and again. he has a few serious problems and perosonally i doubt he is going to come back and be the father and husband he should be. just pray for us and for him.

so yesterday was the last day of my first year of college! im so old!!(not really. lol) it was good, me and jules had a good time. we even went to the lil seaway mall in between classes.

then it was my birthday party, lots of people came and it was great! johnny g. came from ….wherever an hour and twenty minutes away hes from. lol leah wilpstra, who shares the same birthday as me!!!! YAY!! …..someone said we kinda look the same too…coool!! she came. and all my friends from around here. it was great.

tonight is harm's party and i cant wait for that cus harm does throw a good shindig. even if it is in dunnville.

hey all. im in the news room at school downloading pictures i took yesterday in port dalhousie wiht julianne. it was fun, except for the incredible amount of bugs that atttacked us. we were COVERED so we just kept smackin’ them off of each other. it was disgusting, i want one last frost so that it’ll kill them all. yeeeesh. anywyas this is the day that our first year paper comes out! me and julianne are both on page 23!! and i layed out page 27 and helped lay out 16 and 26. hurray me!!
oh yes. and im having a good hair day. did i mention that?
anyways. next week sunday is my birthday and i shall be 19!!! alas, because of my damn thighroid pills i cant drink cus i get an allergic-type reaction. so sad. ill have to come up wiht some other rebellious act to make up for it. lol.
im really gonna miss school this summer, well….okay im going to miss all my pals here. but im going psycotic with excitment about jo and my’s trip to europe!! im SO EXCITED!
i admit right now for some reason im stressed outa my mind so if you see me and i bite your head off–my sincerest apologies(unless you deserved it. then screw off!!)
tonight im prolly hangin out wht jo and daryl and thats great cus i miss ‘em both! daryl is gone WAAAAY too much.

so. this has been a very good week at school. me and julianne have been getting work done, hanging out with riley and jason, michael came to visit yesterday and that was fun. now its the weekend. HURRAY!!
oh right. something is bothering me. here it is: why would a chicken cross the road? the jokes sure, can be funny. but its not very realistic! chickens do not cross roads for any purpose. altho….i do suppose there are exceptions, such as if we lived in thailand….vietnam..those type of countries where the chickens are free-range and just roam around until the time comes to chop their scrawny heads off. but we dont live in those countries and for some reason i doubt they tell ‘why did the chicken cross the road?’ jokes. so yes. that is bothering me. lol.

ok. so lets start from the beginning. on monday me and dad headed off to london for my octriotide radiation treatment. its the short one. i didnt really get sick at all, just tired. they told me i was anemic and we had to do stuff for that before we could go home on wednesday. lets just say ew and i never want to do taht again. so i got home around 6pm wednesday night and actually decided i needed to get out so i went to bugsys and it was good seein my pals. then i went to school on thursday because the stupid strike is finally over. and that was good too! but i was so tired once i got home that i meant to lay down for like..ten minutes and it ended up being two hours! on friday i went to school again and me and jules had a great time in our tshirts, jeans and flip flops! gotta love the warm weather! we hung out with cool jason and cool riley in the empty news room and that was lots of fun. this weekend i met rubens new girlfriend alisha and shes really nice. we (joelle and me) hung out with petey, ruben, alisha, mike and dave kratz and vandermyden on friday night. we also planned our europe trip. we are going to holland and germany! and it wotn cost us an arm and a leg cus we will be stayinig with her cousins in b oth places! she booked it on saturday and we got a good price for our tickets too!! $600ish! itll be a 12 day trip and im so excited!! on sunday was our smink familiy thing, we all went to grandpa and grandmas church in hamilton then to their apartment room thingy for soup and buns because of their 55th anniversary. holy cow 55 years! thats a long time,eh!? lot of blessings in those years.
anyways thats all i got for now i think im having coffee with cute leah wilpstra now.

so. on monday was adam's 21st birthday!! HES A BIG BOY NOW!! haha. yes, so he is now legal everywhere! hurray! people showed up at bugsys to celebrate. good stuff..although i was kinda out of it because of my cold and my cold pills. on tuesday koop, me, mel, ormel boys, steph, james, adam and dan all went and saw v for vendetta. (yes it was so good i saw it again!!) and then we went to timmies and minus mel and matt who left after that, played a sweeeet game that i now love at koopmans. i babysat all wednesday , then me mel and steph went and played the game again wiht james and koop before going to bugsys after the guys' band practise. on thuursday…..i watched harry potter 2 with koop mike and kim. i have now seen the first 3..i think there's only one other one made so far. so ive gotta see that one too! anywyas. then on friday i babysat again, and joelle and me hung out. got some ben&jerry's 'half baked' ice cream and 2 spoons and ate it in the port dalhousie parking lot.which was funny becasue to the right of us, a few spaces down was a car with people drinking in it and a car wiht 2 chicks parked right next to us and they were trying to smoke a pipe but it they couldnt figure out how to light it. it was pretty funny. but neither of us were feeling great so we went home early and i went to bed at 1030. on saturday i discovered where all my laundry went and put a dent into the ironing pile. then andrew picked me up for supper at swiss chalet wiht some of his (and adams) friends and their girlfriends, who where total sweethearts and so nice to me. and we watched dave and suzanne's hockey game (2 of the friends) and it was reall;y funny cus its a coed team of people who cant skate very well. heehee. and we sat in tim hortans for what ended up to be a very long time. the only complaint i have is i had a stomache ache the whole time and this morning woke up wiht suuuuuch a sore stomache that i stayed home from the first church service. tonight young peoples is at juliannes which is great cus i totally miss her cus i havent seen her really since the strike started.

so the strike is finally over and school is supposed to start again on tuesday. halleluiah!! they might not even extend the school year! theyre trying to figure that out still though. i think itll depend on your program.

tomorrow is not a day i am looking forward to at all. im off to london for the treatment that my white count was way too low for last time. sure, i feel way more ready for it and i should be home on wednesday but im just worried that im going to get totally sick again and that it wont go down the way it should and ill have to stay there longer than im expecting. cus nthing sucks more than that! and my drink of choice this time is apple cider! cus i can drink a whole lot of that stuff cus it is so delicious!! so lets hope by then my stomache ache is gone!

yup. so on friday i went out wiht petey, koop, dave vm, dave kratz and mike. it was great times. i love hanging out wiht all guys!! im treated like a queen!! we bowled, and i almost didnt lose!! petey ended up beating me by one lousy point! and on saturday i went out with this dude andrew. we had a fabulous time. saw v for vendetta which was a great movie! and we ended up sitting next to dave vlaardingerbroek, dave breukleman, chris stryker…justin janson…etc. and i also saw jay and sharron vis, jess vuyk, britney..something..and some other people. it was nuts! so yes.

now i have sucha bad cold. its awful. i feel like a zombie!

tomorrow is adam’s 21st birthday! aww my little older brother is getting soo old!! what a cutie. hahaha. and ladies…hes single!!! lol. bunches of people are going to go to bugsys and celebrate INCLUDING ME!! it should be a fun time!! yaaaay!!

right now my muir grandparents are over, for his and moms’ birthday. good times. i cant wait to give him his birthday present tomorrow night. hurray!!

do you know how slow it is reading old english wiht big words that you dont know what they mean? im reading a big george eliot book that i bought and its slow reading. oh well, gotta love a classic.
